Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Only3 (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of service

Only3 is a task management application that limits users to 3 active tasks at any time. The Service includes web and mobile applications, associated APIs, and related features.

Account registration

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• One person per account. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

Subscription and payment

• Only3 offers a 30-day free trial. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly ($3/month) or annually ($30/year) through Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. Contact support@only3.dev to request a refund.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated scripts to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service

Your content

You retain ownership of any content (task titles, descriptions) you create through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of liability

Only3 is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@only3.dev. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Changes to terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
